Ky-Mani Marley is one of the most loved and rich Reggae Singer who was born on February 26 1976. He was born in Falmouth Jamaica. In the film that became a cult classic, Shottas in which he was a co-star with Wyclef. Ky-Mani recorded his first album, called Like Father Like Son in 1996. The album was immediately followed by Dear Dad", which hit the top spot on charts in the British reggae charts. Ky-Mani was also a part of Praswell along with Praswell and Fugees (as members of Avenue) is a huge cover version by Eddy Grant called Electric Avenue was released in the year 1997. Marley is the very first performer to perform in Midem in Miami, an international showcase of musical talent. Marley performed in the Cameo Theatre that was broadcasted live across 36 countries. Marley found himself in a bidding battle. In 1997, he signed to Gee Street/V2 Records where he collaborated with his labelmate P.M. Dawn sang on the hit single Gotta Be Movin on Up.
